A young, female
bank executive has a little more responsibility than she
would like. Hidden in her mind is the codes that are
desperately needed by a gang of thuds who will stop at
nothing to get them. They soon learn that Julia's weakness
is her total inability to withstand the slightest bit of
tickling to her slim, shapely body.

Jimmy is obsessed
with tickling but never gets a chance to lay his hands on
any of the many girls he sees in his day to day activities.
Finally, he decides to take matters in hand and visit a
woman he has been watching, late at night, in her
home.
